Subject: Science (086)

Maximum Marks: 80

Time Allowed: 3 hours

Questions: 39 (48 to answer)

Sections: Section A — Biology, Section B — Chemistry, Section C — Physics

General Instructions

  1. This question paper consists of 39 questions in 3 sections. Section A is Biology, Section B is Chemistry and Section C is Physics.
  2. All questions are compulsory. However, an internal choice is provided in some questions. A student is expected to attempt only one of the alternatives in these questions.
  3. There is no change in the Question Paper Design and Assessment Pattern for Academic Session 2026-27.
  4. A separate question has been provided for Visually Impaired candidates in lieu of questions having visual inputs (figures, diagrams, graphs, etc.). Such questions are to be attempted only by Visually Impaired candidates.
  5. Draw neat diagrams wherever required. Where a question asks for a diagram, draw it on paper and photograph it.

How to answer

  • Questions appear one at a time. Use the palette on the right, or the section tabs, to move around.
  • Under each answer box you can type, dictate with the mic, or photograph what you wrote on paper.
  • Wrote a whole section by hand? Scan it with any mobile scanner app and upload it against that section — you only scan the parts you did on paper.
  • "Save & Next" records your answer. "Mark for Review" flags a question to come back to.
  • Your answers save themselves as you go, so a closed tab or a lost connection costs you nothing.
  • The clock is held on our servers and keeps running once started — exactly like the real exam.
Start the paper

Free. You will be asked to sign in or create an account first — it takes a minute — and the paper opens straight after, with your timer, answers and marked report saved to your account.

Would you rather write it on paper?

Print the paper with room to write, sit it away from a screen, then scan your sheets back in. It is marked the same way and counts the same.
