How to answer
- Questions appear one at a time. Use the palette on the right, or the section tabs, to move around.
- Under each answer box you can type, dictate with the mic, or photograph what you wrote on paper.
- Wrote a whole section by hand? Scan it with any mobile scanner app and upload it against that section — you only scan the parts you did on paper.
- "Save & Next" records your answer. "Mark for Review" flags a question to come back to.
- Your answers save themselves as you go, so a closed tab or a lost connection costs you nothing.
- The clock is held on our servers and keeps running once started — exactly like the real exam.
Free. You will be asked to sign in or create an account first — it takes a minute — and the paper opens straight after, with your timer, answers and marked report saved to your account.
Would you rather write it on paper?
Print the paper with room to write, sit it away from a screen, then scan your sheets back in. It is marked the same way and counts the same.
Upload your written answer sheets
Photograph or scan every sheet you wrote, in order, and upload them here. Include the answer grid if the paper had one.
Each answer box on the printed sheet carries a small code. That is what tells the examiner which question your answer belongs to, so pages photographed out of order are still marked correctly.
Marking a full paper takes a couple of minutes. Your result is saved to your account exactly as an online attempt is.
Submit your paper?
Every answer is marked against the official marking scheme, and photographed answers are marked as drawings and working, not just as text. This takes a minute or two.
